Installation

Java
The OMP is written in Java programming language, and the models that you will write using Ocelet will be translated into Java. Make sure that Java Version 8 is already available on your system before using the OMP. If it is not, or if you are not sure, you can download Java for free from the Java website

It is important to make sure that you have a good consistency about the 32 bits or 64 bits version of your system with the versions of Java and Ocelet. If for example you are using a 64 bits system, you have to install Java 64 bits and Ocelet 64 bits. Installation problems (Ocelet refusing to start) are generally due to a lack of consistency between 32 bits and 64 bits versions.

Linux

  • Unzip the archive file into a folder where you have writing and execution rights.

  • Open the ocelet/ directory

  • Run omp

Windows

  • Unzip the archive file into a folder of your choice.

  • Open the ocelet folder

  • Run omp.exe
